With over 20 years of military service, I supported service members as they navigated personal and professional challenges. In 2010, while stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, my family faced a difficult season when my son was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Managing medical decisions overseas led me to reevaluate my priorities and direction.
This experience eventually guided me toward ministry, where I gained firsthand insight into the complex struggles individuals face every day. I found purpose in helping people move from feeling stuck to becoming more empowered in their lives and relationships and began counseling in 2020.
Recognizing the need for stronger clinical skills, I completed a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now, as a Registered Mental Health Intern, I provide counseling to individuals, military and law-enforcement professionals, and couples as they work toward their personal and professional goals.
